Documents to be submitted passport for children

It is necessary for documents that are submitted by the children of the things that it is not a year's respite to the age of 18-year-old is still fresh by means of a passport are within the category depending on the various eligibilities. Minors between 15-18 years of age:

    • In an application to a declaration confirming the details are furnished in Annexure D.
    • The identity of the original certificate of Annexure A
    • The affidavit by Standard Annexure E
    Kids of parent(s) holding a valid passport with spouse name endorsed:
      • Present proof of address
      • Proof of birth
      • In an application to a declaration confirming the details are furnished in Annexure D.
      • Passport of both parents or attested photocopy

      Children of Parent(s) who reside abroad:
        • Present proof of address
        • Proof of birth
        • In an application to a declaration confirming the details are furnished in Annexure D.
        • Declaration confirming its application to the details furnished Annexure C. (Note: do not give the consent of a parent with Annexure 100 required or when it can not be arranged Annexure D.)
          Minors adopted by Indian Parents:
          • Present proof of address
          • Proof of birth
          • The declaration confirms that the application to the details furnished in Annexure D.
          • A valid adoption of a photo of the child in the atrium duly attested. (Note: The Christians and Muslims portion court decision / run or adoption / child care and allowing to be prolonged in the region.) In plain paper or a declaration confirming their adoption
          Children adopted by  parents:
            • Present proof of aforeignddress
            • Proof of birth
            • No Objection certificate CARA
            • Example guarantee the execution of the court
            • Court to decide / order in respect of legal guardian

            Children aged below 18 years whose parents are divorced:

            • Present proof of address
            • Proof of birth
            • The declaration confirms that the application to the details furnished in Annexure D.
            • A certified copy of the court order to keep the child in favor of the applicant's parent.
              Kids looking to avail a passport whose parents are separated but not legally divorced:
              • Present proof of address
              • Proof of birth
              • The Universal Declaration on strengthening it, and to singulars by means of the application of the layer of Annexure C.
              Children who are brought up by a single parent (Child born out of wedlock):
                • Present proof of address
                • Proof of birth
                • The Universal Declaration on strengthening it, and to singulars by means of the application of the layer of Annexure C.
                Minors of single parent where one parent is deceased:
                  • Present proof of address
                  • Proof of birth
                  • The declaration confirms that the application to the details furnished in Annexure D.
                  • Death certificate of spouse of marriage.
                  When Passport is applied for children  by one parent as the other parent is not giving consent or when the passport is applied by the guardian as one or both parents are not giving consent documents such as the one mentioned below needs to be submitted:

                  • Present proof of address
                  • Proof of birth
                  • The Universal Declaration on strengthening it, and to singulars by means of the application of the layer of Annexure C.
                  When passport for children under 18 years of age is applied by legal guardian:

                  • Present proof of address
                  • Proof of birth
                  • The declaration confirms that the application to the details furnished in Annexure D.
                  • Court to decide / order in respect of legal guardian
                  Students who stay away from their parent’s current residential address:

                  • Present proof of address
                  • Proof of birth
                  • The declaration confirms that the application to the details furnished in Annexure D.
                  • Are intended for the education of student card issued by the Government has been recognized organizations identity, in so far as the course of a full-time,
                  • A letter from the college in good faith, concretely recognized, the UGC is in folio written thereon, out of the public joint signatory of the authentic.
                  For availing a passport for children born through surrogacy:
                  • present proof of address
                  • Proof of birth
                  • The declaration confirms that the application to the details furnished in Annexure D.
                  • The Universal Declaration on strengthening it, and to singulars by means of the application of the layer of Annexure I.
