Shipping OptionsIf you're applying for a book, you can select 1-2 day delivery which costs an additional $17.56.If you're only applying for a card, we will send it to you via First Class Mail. You cannot select 1-2 day delivery.

How do I apply for or renew a passport card?

If you do not already have either a passport book,passport card, you can renew by mail from the DS-82 form. Your current passport book or card should be:
  • DS-82 your application submitted
  • Undamaged (how normal "wear and tear")
  • Age 16 or older when they were issued
  • 15 issued in the last year
  • Published in the current name (you can change the document name or the original or a certified copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order)
You should apply for a passport card from the card into the DS-11 by the elements of the person, if not meet the requirements listed above.

Please Note:

  • If they apply for a passport card, when the card sent to you by 1 First Class Mail. We will not use your services for 1-2 day of his delivery the passport card.
  • To renew the passport form DS-82 You can use your passport to you, a lot of the book at the same time to apply for the card.
